•  Went over Minutes from Jan. 17, 2011 (no December meeting)-Approved

• Discussed Dropbox and putting all the annual reviews in the Dropbox. Kopachena is still outstanding. Mona will handle

• New AUPs: Ramsey, Effects of feed containing okra on weanling crossbred Boer goats. No time to review before the meeting will get approval by e-mail. She did not let anyone know that she had completed her training, therefore was not submitted to the board until this meeting. Continued AUPs details to be e-mailed.

• Discussed Semi-Annual Program Review.

• Need to get decencies fixed before Annual Report to OLAW
• Discussed reusing needles on livestock and we are not doing any that is not the norm, discussed setting a University policy.
• Discussed SOP draft
• Discussed lab dress code and policies and Dr. Lyman-Henley will work on the issue.

• Approved and sign Semi-Annual report. Thompson moved for approval and Hanna second.

• Discussed alternates for members to make quorums. Talked about next meeting date will e-mail dates.
